VEGETARIAN VEGETABLE TERIYAKI QUINOA

Alrighty its time for the weekly blog and a recipe to boot and of course a link to my Youtube channel.  So tonight I made myself  a vegetarian dish because I'm trying to cut meat out of my diet. I didn't go to the store and by the ingredients, I had everything in the pantry/refrigerator. I followed the directions on the quinoa box accept I cut the recipe in half. I stir fried the zucchini, yellow squash, one portobello mushroom, some bell pepper and one garlic clove in about a teaspoon of sesame seed oil and one teaspoon of olive oil on about 7 on my stove. I softened the vegetables and added the quinoa and added a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, and well that is it. It was a super simple and healthy supper for me.
